Helping you navigate the separation and divorce process, while keeping you focused on reaching a fair and equitable resolution, is Liz’s primary objective. Based on her years of experience, Liz knows that mediation is the best pathway for divorcing couples to reach an amicable resolution of their issues and create a high-quality life post-divorce. Having initially practiced as a litigator for children’s rights, becoming a mediator was a natural progression for Liz — a way to help clients resolve their divorces efficiently, without the exorbitant fees, costs and animosity associated with traditional divorce litigation.

“When you are able to sit around a table and discuss your divorce amicably with a trained and skilled mediator the process is incredibly effective and efficient.”

Liz’s goal is to have you leave the mediation process knowing that your concerns have been heard and addressed. Every question that you have — from child support or spousal maintenance to equitable distribution of marital property — will be carefully discussed, analyzed and answered. When your mediation is complete, you will know that you have been treated fairly and that the process has been just.

In addition to with working with SnapDivorce, Liz runs her own law practice in Pittsford, New York.
