Lynn has found her true calling helping divorcing couples work through their differences amicably through mediation after having practiced as a divorce litigator for over 20 years. In mediation couples are able to creatively craft win-win solutions to dissolve their relationships with dignity and respect, while keeping the best interests of their children in mind. Lynn firmly believes that mediation is the best way to resolve a divorce, because it empowers couples to choose their own path forward and set the stage for a positive start to their post-divorce life.
For over 20 years, Lynn has worked with families in transition to assist them in reaching mutually beneficial agreements regarding co-parenting of children, parental responsibility, time-sharing, child support, and the division of marital assets. Lynn understands that separation and divorce are stressful, so she will go the extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered, and you feel comfortable throughout the process. Not only will you save a substantial amount of time and money by mediating your divorce, but you can also rest assured that important decisions about your future are in your control. After all, no one understands your relationship and your family better than you do.
In addition to working with SnapDivorce, Lynn practices alternative dispute resolution in multiple jurisdictions, both privately and for the state. In her free time, you’ll find her at a gallery opening, hot yoga, or paddle-boarding off of Florida’s beautiful beaches.
