Adam Pomerantz focuses his mediation practice on family law matters, including divorce, custody, spousal support and child support. Having spent a large portion of his law practice in litigation, Adam has a great deal of experience mediating a wide variety of cases and understands the high cost of litigation and the toll it can take on the parties’ financial resources, time and emotional energy. Adam values divorce mediation because it allows couples to control their own outcomes, derive solutions that are best for them, conserve and protect their assets and avoid lengthy, costly litigation and unpredictable decisions by over-worked judges.

In addition to his private mediation practice, Adam mediates cases for the Dallas and Denton County courts. When he’s not arbitrating or mediating, Adam enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife and sons, playing with his two dogs and cooking.
